Admission Procedure

Admission in CREMS

1. The minimum age for admission to Lower Nursery is 3+ years as on the 31st May of the year of admission to school, The age for the higher classes will be computed correspondingly.

2. Admission is open for boys and girls on the basis of merit and availability of seats.

3. Absence on the appointed date of admission test and interview will mean that the candidate forfeits his or her right for admission.

4. The school reserves the right to admit or reject any student without assigning any reason thereof. The decision of the Principal will be binding and final.

5. English is the medium of communication right from Lower Nursery. Hindi and Oriya are also taught from Upper Nursery onward.

6. The enrolment form and other necessary papers must be filled in with due care by the Parent/Guardian. The name and date of birth of the student once recorded in the enrolment form and School Admission Register cannot be changed later. An undertaking to this effect will have to be signed with the enrolment form. Names can be registered in the school office in between 8am to 5pm on weekdays except Sunday.

Procedure

⇒Please collect the admission form from the school office.
⇒Submit the completed registration form along with the required documents and fees in the school reception on or before the scheduled date.
⇒Let the child attend the placement test, if desired by the school. Test schedule will be communicated to you.
⇒Consult the school office for the result and other admission formalities.
⇒Complete the formalities along with the Transport application form, if the child will use bus facility.
⇒Please collect uniform, books, time table and other schedules from the school bookshop as per schedule.
⇒Please send the child to school on the date agreed upon.
